Chili with Cornbread


Superbowl Sunday I made a huge pot of chili. I froze the leftovers and last night came up with this beauty. I bought a box of cornbread mix from Trader Joes, which has pieces of corn in it. I put the mix on top of the chili and followed the directions for baking. My husband was impressed. Did I tell him it was leftovers? No way.
